Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. After placing your order, pay the exact total shown, using your order number as the reference, then upload your proof of payment on your order page.

Your order is confirmed only after our team verifies the actual incoming transaction. A screenshot alone is not proof that payment was received.

Shipping

We ship nationwide. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Orders are booked with the courier after payment verification, and you will receive the courier's official tracking number once your parcel is handed over.

Cancellations & refunds

You can request a cancellation before your order ships. If you already paid, your refund is processed only after your original payment is verified. Refunds are sent back to an account in your name.
