We collect only the information needed to process your orders, deliver your parcels, verify payments, and — where the law requires — verify your age. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
- Contact details (name, mobile number, email)
- Delivery address
- Order and payment records, including proof-of-payment uploads
- For age-restricted products only: date of birth and an image of a government-issued ID
How we protect it
Uploaded receipts and identity documents are encrypted at rest and only visible to authorized staff. ID images are deleted after verification according to our retention schedule.
